Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from ATX TRUCK PARTS. Most items purchased from ATX TRUCK PARTS can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (see conditions and exceptions below).

The original ATX TRUCK PARTS proof of purchase is required, and the item must have a sales history. The item must be in its original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Returns will be made (a) by exchange or (b) by refund, less original shipping and handling charges, through the original payment method. Refunds for cash transactions over $600.00 will be issued by check and mailed within 15 days of processing the return.

Returnable parts, including those purchased at atxtruckparts.com (except direct ship parts), can be returned to any ATX TRUCK PARTS store within 30 days of the purchase date. For the return of direct ship parts purchased through atxtruckparts.com, please contact info@atxtruckparts.com.

Not all items are returnable. Clearance and "as-is" items cannot be returned. Special orders, out-of-stock items, custom items, and some other items may not be returnable.*

A 25% restocking fee may apply to the following: items received in opened boxes or packaging; any returnable special order**, out-of-stock items, custom items, and other items.* Some special order parts** may not be returnable and are subject to manufacturer approval before a refund can be granted. For returns made outside the store (e.g., via a third-party carrier), the customer assumes the risk of loss for any shipment and pays the return freight cost. All special order returns must be returned to the ATX TRUCK PARTS store where the original purchase was made.

All cores must be usable, equal in value, and returned by the original purchaser within 30 days to be eligible for credit. All fluids must be drained from cores before packaging them for return. All cores must be returned in their original box. ATX TRUCK PARTS

ATX TRUCK PARTS reserves the right to inspect returned parts and will apply deductions for damaged cores, missing components, failure to fully drain fluids, or incorrect core returns.
This policy does not apply to warranty returns. For warranty returns, please refer to the Limited Parts/Service Warranty Statement.

We accept cancellations before the order has been shipped.

To request a refund, please email photos of the damaged product to info@atxtruckparts.com within 3 days of delivery.
