Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and to offering you high-strength replacement parts with the convenience and competitive prices you deserve. Many of the items we sell include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and the part.

Parts (and any labor costs associated with a warranty claim) are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty in effect at the time of purchase and approval. In most cases, and subject to the manufacturer's approval of the claim, ATX TRUCK PARTS will replace, issue a refund, or facilitate the repair of a new part that fails during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, following proper installation.

Determination and approval by the manufacturer regarding warranty claims often require the part to be sent to the manufacturer for physical examination.
Damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, storage or handling, overloading, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions is not covered by the warranty.
Replacement part warranties cover the unused portion of the original warranty.

To obtain warranty service for defective products, follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions included with the product or those detailed in the product description on our website. The availability of products or services in our stores or through our website does not imply affiliation or endorsement of any external product, service, or manufacturer.

ATX TRUCK PARTS does not assume nor authorize any other person to assume on its behalf any liability in connection with the sale of parts or labor.

THIS REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ATX TRUCK PARTS FOR ANY PART OR SERVICE. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT, ATX TRUCK PARTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (C) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. YOU AFFIRM THAT ATX TRUCK PARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY CLAIMS OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S FAILURE TO FULFILL ITS WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, DIMINUTION IN VALUE, PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, VEHICLE RENTAL CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES, OR LODGING THAT RESULT FROM A DEFECT OR FAILURE OF THE PART OR THAT ARISE OUT OF, OR RELATE TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

ATX TRUCK PARTS' SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ATX TRUCK PARTS FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT GAVE RISE TO YOUR CLAIM.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, nor exclusions or limitations for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
